The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) Award, organised in the framework of the EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK, is presented to cities and regions that show excellence in developing and implementing their SUMPs. Each year, the award highlights a different aspect of mobility planning. The theme of the 2016 edition is freight in sustainable urban mobility planning: the 5th SUMP Award will recognise the local authority or region that has shown excellence in integrating freight in the development and/or implementation of its SUMP.
