SIMPLA is going to be presented at the 25th international congress Energy and the Environment taking place in Opatija, Croatia, on 26-28 October 2016. The project is featuring in a lecture by the Regional Energy Agency Kvarner titled “Energy Savings Planning on a City/Township and Personal Level – Experience of EU Projects Horizon 2020 SIMPLA and IEE FIESTA”.
The congress is going to host two conferences with plenary and technical sessions complemented by poster sessions, together with an exhibition of equipment and new technologies in the fields of environmental protection, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. The event is organized by the Croatian Solar Energy Association, the University of Rijeka and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana.
